After more than 20 years of service, she retired from JLG Industries.
She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and the Fairview United Methodist Church Women's Group.
She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star.
She made crafts with her husband and daughter, which they sold under the name of Timeless Treasures.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, William H. Parsons Sr., whom she married Oct. 27, 1956; one daughter, Juliet Davidheiser of Linfield, Pa.; one son, William H. Parsons Jr. of Orbisonia, Pa.; six siblings, Mary Jane Black of McConnellsburg, Dorothy Spade of Needmore, Pa., Violet Culler of Selinsgrove, Pa., Charles Knepper of Waterfall, Pa., D. Allen Knepper of Chambersburg, Pa. and Sharon Snyder of Hustontown, Pa.; one granddaughter; two stepgrandsons; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Edith Foreman.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Center United Methodist Church in Waterfall.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home in McConnellsburg, which will open at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Center United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Fairview United Methodist Church or Center United Methodist Church.

TUCSON, Ariz. - Earl Ray Eckard Sr., 75, of Tucson and formerly of Hagerstown, died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007.
Born July 9, 1932, he was the son of the late Vernon and Virgie Shank Eckard.
He was a farmer, rancher and handyman.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Eckard; three daughters, Linda Sylvester and Brenda Baker, both of Hagerstown and Cynthia Tomasi of Maumee, Ohio; four sons, Earl R. Eckard Jr. of Williamsport, Ronnie Eckard and Billy Eckard, both of Tucson and David Eckard of Corona, Calif.; two stepdaughters, Shauna of Tucson and Crystal of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; 22 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Violet Carr and Lorene Keener; and one brother, Kenneth Eckard.
His body was donated to Life Legacy Foundation in Tucson.
A memorial service will be today at Morningside Baptist Church in Tucson.

Katheryn B. McGill, 96, formerly of Hagerstown, died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2007, in Gaithersburg, Md.
Born Jan. 14, 1911, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late George F. and Ruth Beitler Bowers.
She retired from the State of Maryland Department of Parole and Probation, after 33 years.
She was a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church.
She was a member of Washington County Hospital Auxiliary.
She is survived by two sons, Robert L. McGill of Norcross, Ga., and Richard L. McGill of Stone Mountain, Ga.
Graveside services will be today at 2 p.m. in Leitersburg Cemetery. The Rev. Richard H. Jewell will officiate.
There will be no viewing.
Arrangements are by Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown.

Helen Louise Thompson, 73, of 16902 Alcott Road, Hagerstown, died Monday, Aug. 13, 2007, at St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, Md.
Born June 8, 1934, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Edward Thompson Sr. and Nora Lillian Hizer Thompson.
She retired from Avalon Manor Nursing Home after more than 27 years.
She was a Christian.
She was a member of AARP.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna Cousins and Barbara A. Bowers, both of Hagerstown; one son, Jackson Jenkins Jr. of Williamsport; one sister, Mary Swope of Hagerstown; two brothers, Daniel Thompson Jr. of Hagerstown and Robert Thompson of Greencastle, Pa.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Evelyn Bachtell; and one brother, Frank Thompson Jr.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Osborne Funeral Home in Williamsport. The Rev. E. Reese Davis will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery in Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, which will open at 9 a.m.
