Community fairs planned for Child Support Awareness Month

In observance of Child Support Awareness Month, the Child Support Division of Washington County Department of Social Services is participating in several activities.

At the community fairs at Noland Village on Aug. 13, Frederick Manor on Aug. 15 and Parkside Homes on Aug. 16, the Child Support Division will provide information about the program and will be donating school supplies to the children in the neighborhoods.

The Child Support Program is a division of the Department of Human Resources and is responsible for establishing and enforcing child support orders for the children of Washington County. The Child Support Program is at the Washington County Department of Social Services.
