The man called the father back Monday morning asking to meet him right away. Police went to the father's house and told him to call the man back and change the meeting place to the parking lot of Big Lots in Chambersburg.

The father told the man he would be wearing an orange T-shirt and blue shorts, and the man said he would be driving a blue and gray Chevrolet pickup, police said.

Police were waiting in the parking lot and took Edwards into custody without incident, police said.
