July 29, 2007|By MATTHEW UMSTEAD

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A public hearing for what was described as minor revisions to Berkeley County's storm water management ordinance has been set for Thursday at 7 p.m. during the Berkeley County Commission's night session.

County Engineer William J. "Bucky" Teach told Berkeley County Commissioners Ronald K. Collins and William L. "Bill" Stubblefield that the changes to the 2004 ordinance were a result of feedback from private-sector engineers and the West Virginia Division of Highways.

A public hearing for amendments to the county's dog ordinance concerning collection of waste and spaying and neutering also will be Thursday during the night session.
