Hoxton Financial Inc.

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Hoxton Financial Inc. of Shepherdstown has been named to the Top 500 U.S. Wealth Managers list for the fourth consecutive year.

Wealth Manager magazine has included Hoxton Financial Inc. on its list of America's top wealth managers serving high net-worth individuals and families.

Hoxton Financial was established as a part of a larger family business in 1992. The firm serves clients from its offices in Shep-herdstown, Winchester, Va., and Chambersburg, Pa.


Icon Graphics

Icon Graphics in downtown Hagerstown marked its 15th year in business this spring and is planning a celebration for its clients in September.

Icon does graphic and Web design and offers search engine marketing packages, event planning, large-scale format printing and state-of- the-art programming for the Web.

Icon has hired two new employees: Ryan Heffner for design and Charlie Mickley in programming.

Heffner graduated with a BFA in graphic design in the spring.

Mickley comes to Icon from Snowtime Inc., for whom he oversaw the e-commerce program, application development and SQL administration.

CNB Financial Services Inc.

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - CNB Financial Services Inc., the parent company of CNB Bank Inc., announced that for the three months ended June 30, CNB had consolidated net income of $656,000, or $1.43 per share compared to $726,000 or $1.59 per share for the three months ended June 30, 2006.

For the six months ended June 30, CNB had consolidated net income of $1.3 million, or $2.80 per share, compared to $1.3 million, or $2.75 per share, for the six months that ended June 30, 2006.
