CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Cecile K. Vesely, 82, a resident of Falling Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and formerly of Trinity House in Waynesboro, Pa., died Sunday, July 22, 2007, at the nursing home.

Born Aug. 19, 1924, in Charlottesville, Va., she was the daughter of the late George L. Franckle and Viola Marshall.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles W. Wilson; and her second husband, Frank J. Vesely.

She was employed by Giant Foods in Baltimore for 15 years.

She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Waynesboro.

She is survived by one son, Charles Ed Wilson of Greencastle, Pa.; two sisters, Carol Ricci of Barnegat, N.J., and Peggy Lawrence of Bel Air, Md.; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three aunts; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Jeannette Lester; and her twin brother, who died at birth.

A memorial service will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Trinity United Church of Christ, Waynesboro. The Rev. Sue D-Heedene will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity United Church of Christ, 30 W. North St., Waynesboro, PA 17268.

Arrangements are by Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Waynesboro.
