Doris Faith Slavens, infant, died Tuesday, July 24, 2007, at Washington County Hospital.
She was the daughter of Colten W. Slavens and Sabrina Moser of Hagerstown.
Aside from her parents, she is survived by one sister, Natalie Slavens at home; maternal grandmother, Diane Lady of Hagerstown; paternal grandparents, Michael E. and Coreena Reese Slavens of Hagerstown; and two uncles.
Graveside services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown. The Rev. Kathy Farley-Reed will officiate.
