Nancy Lee Haupt, 68, of Hagerstown and formerly of Frostburg, Md., died Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at her home.
Born April 10, 1939, in Grey, Pa., she was the daughter of Mary Housel of Glen Burnie, Md. and the late Jesse Cook.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by six children, Joseph F. Haupt III of Frostburg, Connie Burger, Kenneth Haupt and Dale Haupt, all of Hagerstown, Marsha Deal of Chambersburg, Pa. and Kimberly Cowan of Greencastle, Pa.; one sister, Judy Mattingly of Kentucky; two brothers, Earl D. Cook of Martinsburg, W.Va. and Dennis Cook of Corriganville, Md.; one half sister, Janet Steinly of Glen Burnie; one stepbrother, Richard Housel of Zihlman, Md.; 10 grandchildren; one stepgranddaughter; four great-grandsons; one stepgreat-grandson; and former husband, Francis Haupt Jr. of Frostburg.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Clarence Housel; one brother, Montell Cook; one stepsister, Sis Rizer; and two stepbrothers, Clarence Housel Jr. and Sonny Housel.
