QUINCY, Pa. - Kenneth Earl Pepple, 67, of 8758 Anthony Highway, P.O. Box 173, died Monday, July 16, 2007, at his home.

Born Aug. 4, 1939, in Franklin County, Pa., he was the son of the late John Robert and Janet Pearl Miller Pepple.

He attended Hagerstown High School.

He was a machinist at Frick Co. in Waynesboro, Pa.

He was a member of Mount Union United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, Pa.

He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 1758 of Waynesboro, UAW Frick Union and National AARP.

He is survived by his wife, Rose L. Rinehart Pepple, whom he married Dec. 21, 1956; four daughters, Brenda L. Boxler of Mont Alto, Pa., Beverly K. Flegel of Quincy, Belinda S. Minnick of Blue Ridge Summit, Pa., and Bonita J. Stouter of Waynesboro; one son, Robert K. Pepple of Waynesboro; one brother, Joseph Pepple of Smithsburg; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.


He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Ronald Pepple.

Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Waynesboro. Pastor Wilbur F. Besecker will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.

The family will receive friends Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
