Edward Jones financial advisers rank the firm the highest in overall satisfaction, according to a newly released study by J.D. Power and Associates.
The inaugural J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Financial Adviser Satisfaction study ranked Edward Jones highest among the 10 financial services firms ranked.
Edward Jones financial advisers, of which there are six in the local area, gave the high satisfaction ratings in terms of support, people and firm performance.
The study found that financial adviser satisfaction is related directly to investor satisfaction, according to a prepared release from Edward Jones.

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - ElderDay at Menno Haven, a licensed adult day-care center in Franklin County, Pa., was deemed deficiency-free during the annual inspection by the Department of Aging, Harrisburg.
