St. John's Episcopal Church, the Rev. Scott Bellows will preach this Sunday at the 8 and 10:15 a.m. communion services at the church. The summer choir will bring music at the later service.

Sunday school resumes in the fall.

St. Mark's Lutheran Church, this Sunday, there will be an 8:15 a.m. chapel communion and a 10:30 a.m. communion service with Pastor David Kaplan preaching on Room at the Inn.

Sunday school for all ages begins at 9:15 a.m.

Asbury United Methodist Church, Shepherdstown, W.Va., the Rev. Kenneth Kennedy will lead the 11 a.m. worship service this Sunday.

Mooney will be speaking with a puppet at the service.

First Baptist Church, this Sunday, Pastor Thom Smith will be speaking at the 11 a.m. service on the topic, The Destruction of Nineveh Detailed.

Sunday school for all ages begins at 9:45 a.m.

State Line (Pa.) United Methodist Church, Pastor Dwaine Krebs will be conducting the 10 a.m. communion service this Sunday. The topic is Who Dares to be Free.

Sunday school is at 9 a.m.

The Wednesday youth group meets at 6 p.m.

Valley Assembly of God Christian Life Center, 17544 York Road, Hagerstown, this Sunday, the Rev. Robert C. Jones will be speaking at the 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. services on the topic, Bartimaeus and the Gospel.

Bible Study for all ages is at 9 a.m. The Royal Rangers and Missionettes meet at 6 p.m. The topic is Blacking Out or Pulling Out?

Wednesday Oasis service and NuVision Youth is at 7 p.m. The topic is Religious Compromises.

New Hope Church of Christ, 30 W. Salisbury St., Williamsport, Evangelist Thomas Huff will be speaking on topic, The Widow's Two Miles, this Sunday.

The service and Sunday school begin at 9 a.m. in the old Williamsport Ambulance Company building beside the post office.

Bible study on Wednesdays is at 7 p.m. at the ambulance hall.

Calvary United Methodist Church, Martinsburg, W.Va., the Rev. Al Clipp will be speaking this Sunday at the 8:30 and 10:45 a.m. services on the topic, Instructions for Life's Journeys.

Grace Brethren Church, 250 Philadelphia Ave., Waynesboro, Pa., Pastor Larry Weber will be speaking this Sunday at 10:35 a.m. on the topic, Where's Life? There will be threefold communion.

This week there is no Sunday School and no evening service.

An ice cream social will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the MiHi pavilion at the Washington County Ag Center with games for the children.

Mount Vernon Reformed UCC, Keedysville, Pastor Delancy Catlett will speak at 10:40 a.m. this Sunday on the topic, Who Is My Neighbor?

Church of the Holy Trinity UCC, Halfway, the Rev. Timothy Leighton will be speaking during the 10:45 a.m. service this Sunday. The topic is Who Are Our Neighbors?

Sunday school for adults begins at 9:30 a.m. Children's church is at 10:45 a.m. Fellowship and refreshments follow the service.

Tri-State Fellowship, 13153 Cearfoss Pike, Pastor Randy Buchman will continue the series, Back to the Beginning, this week preaching on the Church of Troas: the value of being together.

The children's summer program, Avalanche Ranch, continues for children ages 2 through 5th grade, also at 9:30 a.m.

The church is sponsoring a car, truck and motorcycle show at the same time, registration 8:30 a.m., lunch available for purchase at noon.

Church of Christ in the Great Valley, 7306 Wheeler Road, Boonsboro, Minister Casey Strunk will be speaking this Sunday at 10 a.m. on the topic, Evangelism and Life.
