Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 9, 2007, at 12:30 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, Hagerstown, with the Rev. Richard Jewell officiating. Military honors will be accorded at the chapel by the Maryland State and Chambersburg VFW Honor Guards.
Interment will be private in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Marie Garcia Torres, 3, of Hedgesville, died Sunday, June 3, 2007, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.
Born Dec. 23, 2003, she was the daughter of Arturo Garcia Torres of Falling Waters, W.Va., and Cristina Diane Offenstein Torres of Charles Town, W.Va.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister, Vianey G. Cobos; one brother, Vidaul G. Cobos; grandmothers, Carol Besaw of Hedgesville, and Susanna Phillips of Charles Town; and grandfather, William Phillips.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va. The Rev. Derek Baker will officiate. Burial will be in Johnsontown Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Paul H. Berger, 78, of 3513 Leitersburg Road, died Thursday, June 7, 2007, at his home.
Born March 22, 1929, in Franklin County, Pa., he was the son of the late Denton and Edith Oberholzer Berger.
He last was employed by Callas Construction Co. in Hagerstown for 10 years.
He attended Hollowell Brethren in Christ Church near Waynesboro.
He is survived by his wife, Gail L. Overcash Berger, whom he married Aug. 5, 1950; two daughters, Sandra K. Harmon of Willingboro, N.J., and Sharon A. McCartney of Chambersburg, Pa.; two sons, Dennis R. Berger and David M. Berger, both of Waynesboro; three sisters, Anna Rock of Chambersburg, and Edith Miller and Beulah Harshman, both of Greencastle, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by four sisters, Edith Bingaman, Alice Grosh, Helen Gsell and Frances Kell; and four brothers, William Berger, Ralph Berger, Tab Berger and Roy Berger.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, Greencastle. Pastor Blaine Lougheed will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.

James Willard Maconaughey, 64, of Baltimore Street in Hagerstown, died Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at his home.
Born May 6, 1943, he was the son of Louise Carmen Unger Maconaughey Jennings of Hancock and the late George W. Maconaughey.
He was a 1961 graduate of Hancock High School.
He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Temple in Hagerstown.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Carmon Gordon of Hancock, and Linda Snyder of Tucson, Ariz.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Mount Olivet Presbyterian Church, Hancock. The Rev. Philip E. Unger will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, Hancock, and Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. The funeral home will open Sunday at 4 p.m.

Robert "Bob" Leon Stottlemyer, 66, of 19670 Longmeadow Road in Hagerstown, Md., passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at his home.
Born Saturday, Sept. 28, 1940, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Ernest Stottlemyer and the late Olivette Dorenberger Stottlemyer.
He graduated from South Hagerstown High School in 1958.
He attended Waynesboro Gospel Chapel.
