Layman-Seifarth

Roland and Tamara Layman of Hagerstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Michele Layman, to Bryan Andrew Seifarth, son of Rick and Linda Seifarth, also of Hagerstown.

Miss Layman is a 2002 graduate of Smithsburg High School and received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Catawba College in 2006. She is employed as a project manager at High Rock Studios in Hagerstown.

Mr. Seifarth is a 2002 graduate of Smithsburg High School and received a Bachelor of civil engineering from The Catholic University of America in 2006. He is employed as a civil engineer with DMJM Harris in Baltimore.

An Oct. 13, 2007, wedding is planned.

Wagner-Miles

Donald and Virginia Wagner of Boonsboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Lacey Lee Wagner, to Richard Steven Miles, son of Steven and Jeri Miles of Myersville, Md.

Ms. Wagner received her GED in 2004 and is a student at Hagerstown Community College. She plans to enter the nursing program. She is employed as a medical transcriptionist by Chambersburg Hospital.

Mr. Miles is a 2002 graduate of Middletown High School. He graduated from Frederick Community College in 2005 with an associate degree in computer science. He is employed as a systems developer by Thomson West.

A July 7, 2007, wedding is planned.
