DILLSBURG, Pa. - Grant Meyers drove in four runs Thursday to help lead Greencastle-Antrim past Bishop McDevitt 6-4 in the PIAA District 3-AAA third place game.

Meyers drove in three runs with a bases-clearing double in the top of the third and added an RBI in the Blue Devils' three run seventh inning.

Trevor Ile had two hits and an RBI for Greencastle (16-8), while Alex Izer had three hits and Cole Sellers and Jeff Fisher each added two hits.

Joe Sellitto came on in relief in a bases-loaded situation in the third and struck out the side, holding the damage in the inning to only one run. Sellitto finished with six strikeouts for the Blue Devils.


Greencastle will play Lewistown in the first round of the state tournament on Monday at a site and time to be announced.

EVERETT, Pa. - Keri Schriever's RBI double in the sixth inning wasn't enough as Northern Bedford hits two solo home runs in the seventh to win the PIAA District 5-A title.

Keena Elbin had two hits for the Indians (18-4), who will staart play in the PIAA state tournament on Monday.
