A man charged with 23 criminal counts involving child pornography allegedly told police he tried to delete pictures of him and a boy kissing, but couldn't.
Police who searched the hard drive of a computer of the Hagerstown home of William A. Keck allegedly found graphic photos of the boy and video clips of adults engaged in sex with youths who appeared to be children.
Compact discs with handwritten labels including the titles "child porn 8 yo girl" and "boys pedo" also allegedly contained child pornography, and one folder with allegedly explicit images was called "userswilliamdocuments nastey," according to a charging document.
Keck, 21, of 800 Dual Highway, is charged with 19 counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of filming a sex act involving a child and one count of promoting or distributing child pornography, according to court documents.
