The class is taught by a team of local brokers, agents and managers from several real estate companies. Students must attend all classes and receive a 70 percent or better on the final test in order to be eligible to take the state examination.

The class will meet Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., the week of June 25 and the week of July 9 on the main campus of HCC.

Cost is $279.
