McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. - JLG Industries Inc. has appointed Aerial Service and Parts Inc. (ASAP) of Shippensburg, Pa., as a dealer for JLG telehandlers.

ASAP will provide sales and service coverage for Franklin and Fulton counties in Pennsylvania.

ASAP will represent six JLG telehandler models with capacities ranging from 5,000 pounds to 12,000 pounds and maximum lift heights from 19 feet to 55 feet. Among their features are three steering modes, a side-mounted engine and high boom pivot for excellent operator visibility, and an ultrastrong boom for a variety of Quick-Switch attachments.

The Manitowoc Co.

MANITOWOC, Wis. - The board of directors of The Manitowoc Co. Inc. recently declared its regular quarterly dividend of 3.5 cents per share of common stock.

The dividend is payable June 11 to shareholders of record as of June 1.

The Manitowoc Co. is the parent company of Grove Worldwide in Shady Grove, Pa.
