BOYS LACROSSE

St. James 9, Chambersburg 8

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - The Saints scored two goals in the last two minutes of regulation to send the game into overtime, before Troy Gogoll scored the last of his three goals to give St. James the victory over the Trojans (6-7).

Gogoll also had two assists for St. James (16-1). P.J. Mara, who had four goals, assisted on Gogoll's game-winner.

Jordan Barr had a goal and two assists, Henry Warner had a goal and Cyrus Morgan added two assists for the Saints.

GIRLS LACROSSE

St. James 15, Smithsburg 10

SMITHSBURG - Caroline Salisbury led the Saints with seven goals and three assists.

Gina Clapp, Leila Shouai and Meredith Leachman each had two goals for St. James (12-1). Anna Morrow had two goals and an assist, and Se Young Lee had an assist. Allie Marriott made 21 saves.

Mercersburg 18, Notre Dame 3

MIDDLEBURG, Va. - Gwen Buss led the Blue Storm with five goals and four assists.

Jenn Dillon had four goals and an assist, Jenelle Paolini had three goals and an assist and Annie Birney added a goal and two assists for Mercersburg Academy. Megan Dent-Carman had a goal and an assist, and Noelle Saracino, Mary Lancaster and Lauren Davis each had a goal.

Mercersburg 18, Morgantown 4

MERCERSBURG, Pa. - Gwen Buss and Megan Dent-Carman led the Blue Storm with five goals and an assist each.

Coralie Thomas had two goals and two assists, Jenelle Paolini had one goal and two assists and Jenn Dillon had a goal and an assist for Mercersburg Academy (9-3, 1-3). Noelle Saracino, Lauren Davis and Annie Birney each had a goal, and Mallory Polak had an assist.
