Staggers-Mills

Cynthia Gist and Clinton "Skip" Staggers of Hagerstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Jean Staggers, to Gregory Lee Mills, son of Harold and Linda Mills of Havelock, N.C.

Ms. Staggers is a 1996 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and received a bachelor's degree in ocean engineering from Virginia Polytechnic and State University in 2000. She plans to graduate with a master's degree in business administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in May 2007. She is employed as a supply chain strategy consultant with Accenture in Raleigh, N.C.

Mr. Mills is a 1994 graduate of Havelock High School. He received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University in 2001. He plans to graduate with a master's degree in business administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in May 2007. He is employed as an operations manager with Danaher in Greensboro, N.C.

Clark-Cornell

Susan Keebaugh of McConnellsburg, Pa., and Keith Clark of Clear Spring announce the engagement of their daughter, Caitlin Elizabeth Clark, to Brian Andrew Cornell, son of Richard and Kimberly Cornell of Lemasters, Pa.

Ms. Clark is a 2004 graduate of McConnellsburg High School and is pursuing degrees in business management and accounting at Frederick Community College. She is employed by Woodsboro Bank in Thurmont, Md.

Mr. Cornell is a 2002 graduate of James Buchanan High School and received a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from Shippensburg University. He is a substitute teacher and is also employed by United Parcel Service. He plans to teach full-time in the fall.

A Spring 2008 wedding is planned.




Knight-Fick

Ashlie Elizabeth Knight and Aric John Fick announce their engagement.

Miss Knight is the daughter of George W. Knight Jr. and Linda M. Reid of Hagerstown. She is a 1992 graduate of Grace Academy and a 1995 liberal arts graduate of Hagerstown Community College. She received a Bachelor of Science from Bridgewater College in 1997 and a Master of Arts from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio., in 2002. She is employed as a early childhood mental health counselor at Appleseed Community Mental Health Center in Ashland.

Mr. Fick is the son of Wayne and Sue Fick of Ashland, Ohio. He is a 1992 graduate of Ashland High School and received a Bachelor of Science from Ashland University in 1996. He is employed as a school-community liaison at Appleseed Community Mental Health Center in Ashland.

Ebmeier-Rohner

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ebmeier Jr. of Knoxville announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Taylor Ebmeier, to Frederic John Paul Rohner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark F. Rohner of Silver Spring, Md.

Ms. Ebmeier is a graduate of St. John's of Prospect Hall in Frederick, Md., and received a Bachelor of Science in economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland in St. Mary's City, Md. She is a junior accountant with Current Group in Germantown, Md.

Mr. Rohner is a graduate of DeMatha High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary's College of Maryland. He is a news anchor and marketing manager with Vegas Radio WTRI in Brunswick, Md.

Hill-Rau

Anna and Mick Dobbins of Hagerstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Anne Hill, to Senior Airman Steve E. Rau Jr., son of Steven and Laura Rau, also of Hagerstown.

Miss Hill is a 2005 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. She plans to receive an Associate of Science in psychology from Hagerstown Community College this spring. She plans to pursue a bachelor's degree at Shippensburg University.

Mr. Rau is a 2001 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. He joined the 167th Airlift Wing in 2001 and trained at Lackland Air Force Base and Maxwell Air Force Base. He is a paralegal with the Air National Guard in Martinsburg, W.Va.

Griffith-Hartshorn

Richard and Nancy Griffith of Martinsburg, W.Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Allison Griffith, to Mark Hartshorn, son of Thomas and Mary Hartshorn of Martinsburg.

Ms. Griffith is a 2000 graduate of Martinsburg High School and received a bachelor's degree in physical education from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2004. She is employed as director of competitive aquatics at Chambersburg Memorial YMCA in Chambersburg, Pa.

Mr. Hartshorn is a 2000 graduate of Martinsburg High School and received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Marshall University in 2003. He received a master's degree in taxation from American University. He is employed as a senior tax analyst with Sallie Mae of Reston, Va.

Weicht-Wagner

Mr. and Mrs. Donald R. Weicht Jr. of Downsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah J. Weicht, to Donald E. Wagner III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Wagner Jr. of Boonsboro.

Ms. Weicht is a 2003 graduate of Williamsport High School. She is employed by Food Lion in Hagerstown and City Hospital in Martinsburg.

Mr. Wagner is a 2001 graduate. He is employed by Manitowoc Crane Group in Shady Grove, Pa.

Patrick and Romaine Hannah of Rohrersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Ruth Hannah, to Chad William Moser, son of Randy Moser of Chambersburg, Pa., and Pamela Rudisill of Williamsport.

Ms. Hannah is a 2005 graduate. She is pursuing a degree in childhood education at Hagerstown Community College.

Mr. Moser is a 2006 graduate of Williamsport High School and is serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.
