Honey-Lemon Tea Dressing

Start to finish: 10 minutes

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons strong black tea

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons honey

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, tea, mustard and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes about 1/2 cup
