Washington Square United Methodist Church, 538 Washington Ave., Hagerstown, a pork and sauerkraut family dinner will be held today from 3 to 6 p.m.

The all-you-can-eat dinner includes mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, applesauce, rolls, drink and dessert.

Tickets cost $7.50 for adults, $3.50 for children ages 3 to 12 and children 2 and younger eat free.

St. Joseph Catholic Church, Emmitsburg, Md., a six-week series called Catholics Returning Home will begin this Sunday at 1 p.m. at the parish hall.

Guest speaker will be Pastor Bryan Camp of West Park Heights Baptist Church, Anniston, Ala. Refreshments will be served following the Sunday evening services, and there will be a potluck supper fellowship at 6 p.m. on April 18, prior to the final service.

Mount Nebo United Methodist Church in Boonsboro, the youth group will host an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast today from 7 to 11 a.m.

Tickets for adults cost $6, for ages 5-11 are $3, and children 4 and younger eat free.

In addition to pancakes, there will be Hoffman's sausage, scrambled eggs, coffee, juice, and milk.

Proceeds from the breakfast will benefit the youth mission projects.

Highland View Seventh Day Adventist Church, the Highland View Academy will present the 2nd annual Gospel Fest Friday, April 20, at 7:30 p.m.

Gospel groups from around the Tri-State area will converge to raise the roof with praise and worship.

New Street United Methodist Church, Shepherdstown, W.Va., a pancake breakfast/brunch will be served Saturday, April 21, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Tickets for adults cost $6, tickets for children 3-12 cost $3 and children younger than 3 eat free.

The menu includes pancakes, sausage/bacon, sausage gravy, applesauce, juice/coffee/tea.

Gerrardstown (W.Va.) United Methodist Church, the spring buffet dinner will be on Saturday, April 21, from 4 to 7 p.m.

There will be all-you-can-eat country ham and turkey with all the trimmings.

Tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for children under 10. Children under 3 eat free.

Longmeadow Church of the Brethren, a spaghetti dinner and bake sale on Saturday, April 21 from 4 to 7 p.m. will benefit child evangelism.

Adult tickets cost $6, ages 6-12 cost $3 and children 5 and younger eat free.

Tickets are sold at the door.

Shepherd's Springs Outdoor Ministry, 16869 Taylors Landing Road, Sharpsburg, a pig roast fundraising dinner on Sunday, April 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the camp.

Menu includes pulled pork, hot dogs, baked beans, applesauce, chips, homemade cookies, ice tea and lemonade. The cost is $12 per person, rain or shine. Tours of the facility will also be available.
