A quiet spot

Brad Ditto uses an out-of-the-way spot on the Shepherd University campus to study Tuesday when temperatures soared into the 70s. Those numbers have disappeared from the weather picture this week as spring seems to have reverted to winter throughout the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
