Instead of worrying about whether we have a home-rule initiative on the ballot next time, perhaps we need to put an initiative just to get rid of the planning and zoning. It has never been enforced in this county, from day one."

So I didn't have to pay, and I couldn't hardly believe that, because everywhere you go, you gotta pay - I don't care what it is.
