CLEAR SPRING - Members of Boy Scout Troop 117 are planning to make the Clear Spring community a little cleaner during April.
The scouts will be participating in Adopt A Highway - from Orebank Road to Clear Spring High School.
In addition, they will be sweeping the sidewalks in the town limits during April, weather permitting.
