HAGERSTOWN - Enjoy the balmy weather while you can.
By the end of the week, the mercury will dip again, and it will feel more like March than May.
In the meantime, "definitely enjoy the next couple of days," AccuWeather meteorologist Jon Pacheco said Monday.
From AccuWeather's headquarters in State College, Pa., Pacheco said today's temperatures should reach the unseasonably warm upper 60s, "with a lot of sunshine."
Wednesday will be a bit cloudy, but warm, he said. Highs could reach about 70.
Thursday will be "a transition day," with a chance of rain and temperatures in the low 60s, he said.
Friday could bring rain, and highs should be in the lower 50s, Pacheco said. Saturday will be dry and breezy with cooler air, and highs should reach the mid-40s, he said.
Temperatures should rise by the middle of next week, in time for the official start of spring, Pacheco said.
