Penguin party



Berkeley County's Operation Tadpole will sponsor a penguin-themed party and puppet show. There will be hands-on activities, crafts, games, mask-making and other activities throughout the day. Benefit concert



The Home Builders Association of Washington County will present the third annual benefit concert and auction for Safe Place, the Washington County Child Advocacy Center. Headlining this year's event will be '70s band Exile. Tori Anderson and Possum Holler will open. There also will be silent and live auctions of items autographed by country artists.
