The Rams took their first lead of the game at 53-51 on a Harkins jumper with 4:07 remaining. Charleston regained the lead on a three-point play by Williams with 3:35 left. A 3-pointer by Courtney Thomas and a 6-for-7 performance at the charity stripe down the stretch sealed the win for the Golden Eagles.
Shepherd completes its season at 18-11, while Charleston (23-7) advances to Friday's semifinals against West Liberty.
