Allison-Antrim Museum

Blacksmithing demo

THURMONT, Md. - Volunteers will demonstrate the age-old craft of blacksmithing. The smithies will explain how the craft of blacksmithing evolved and the role of blacksmiths in the community while demonstrating some of the fundamentals of the trade. 1 to 3 p.m. Camp Round Meadow, Catoctin Mountain Park, off Manahan Road.

Cabin Fever Festival

FREDERICK, Md. - The show features the work of 200 professional artisans and juried craftsmen offering traditional and contemporary works of art, pottery, furniture, jewelry and clothing. Maryland Symphony Orchestra

The Maryland Symphony Orchestra will present Symphony No. 3 by Aaron Copland, and Dvorak's Cello Concerto in B minor, Op. 104 performed by cellist William DeRosa. 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11. A Chocolate Affair

WINCHESTER, Va. - An afternoon of chocolate tasting to benefit Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre.
