Pa. men hurt in Interstate 81 crash

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. - Two Shippensburg men were flown to Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center after the vehicle in which they were riding flipped several times on Interstate 81, Pennsylvania State Police in Carlisle said.

Harry J. Miller III, 43, and James L. Irvin, 49, were in fair condition Sunday night, a hospital nurse manager said.

Police said the accident happened at 3:10 p.m. when Miller lost control of the 1993 Mazda he was driving while attempting to exit I-81 north at exit 29.

The vehicle flipped several times and front-end damage trapped Irvin, police said.
