Library event planned for home-schoolers

January 29, 2007

The next "Friday at the Library" for home-schoolers will be Friday, Feb. 9, in the B/C meeting room at the Washington County Free Library on Potomac Street in Hagerstown.

The elementary program begins at 1 p.m. and the high school program begins at 2 p.m. Middle-school students may attend either session.

Students will explore their creative talents with watercolor painter Marilyn Tracey and learn about proper watercolor techniques.

Washington County Free Library hosts a series of free programs for home-schoolers on the second Friday of each month during the school year. No registration is required.
