Martinsburg Mall

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Prime Retail Inc. has named Wade Workman the general manager at Martinsburg Mall.

Workman, of Martinsburg, will be responsible for the oversight of the general operations of the mall.

He has more than 16 years of management experience in the retail industry. His prior experience includes serving as store manager for Kohl's department store in Winchester, Va., where he was responsible for operations and management.

Workman has a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Bloomsburg (Pa.) University.

Total Fitness Specialists

Kelly Rulle has joined Total Fitness Specialists Inc.'s staff of health and fitness professionals.

Rulle has A.S. degrees in nutrition and culinary arts, a regents B.A. in sociology, a personal trainer certification through World Instructor Training School and has been a registered diet tech with the American Dietician Association since 1995.

Rulle, who has more than 11 years of experience in clinical nutrition, does personal training and nutritional consultations.

TFS is inside Gold's Gym in Hagerstown.

Sovereign Bank

Sovereign Bank has promoted Michael R. Baylor to executive vice president/market president for its Maryland market.

Baylor, whose office is in Hagers-town, previously was senior vice president.

Baylor oversees all commercial and retail banking activities in the Maryland/Washington, D.C., area as well as in a portion of southern Pennsylvania. He has more than 15 years of executive banking experience.

Baylor is a graduate of West Virginia University and has a master's degree in business administration from Frostburg State University.

He also is a graduate of the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

Long & Foster

Connie Cramer, GRI, salesperson/Realtor at Long & Foster Real Estate and Mortgage on Dual Highway, completed the Rental Certification training for Maryland and Washington, D.C.

The training was at held at the Gaithersburg (Md.) Training Center.

Valley Mall

Brian Kaltenbaugh has been named marketing director of Valley Mall in Halfway.

He will lead the comprehensive marketing program for the mall.

Prior to joining Valley Mall, he worked for seven years as a sales manger for J.C. Penney at Valley Mall.

Kaltenbaugh will be responsible for the mall's strategic marketing programs, including advertising, public relations, events and sales promotions, merchant relations and community outreach initiatives.

Redland Brick

WILLIAMSPORT - Michael T. "Mickey" Sutton has joined Redland Brick Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Belden Brick Co., as vice president of sales and marketing.

Sutton has more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing in the brick industry. He joined Redland Brick after starting and managing a brick distribution center for Alley-Cassetty Company in Atlanta.

Sutton will be responsible for Redland Brick's sales and marketing functions. He will work at the corporate office in Williamsport.

He replaces Joseph L. Miles, who was appointed president and CEO.

MCTC

James Gregory Allen, correctional officer II, has been named the Maryland Correctional Training Center's Employee of the Month for January.

Allen is assigned to the HED/EHU complex as a state roads detail officer.

Allen's detail came upon several discarded items along the roadside. Allen supervised the collection of those items, and proceeded to return them to their rightful owners on his day off, according to a prepared release.

He has been with Maryland Correctional Training Center since May 1982.

RCI

Lt. Ernest Hines and Lt. Kevin Moats, dietary supervisors, were named Supervisors of the Quarter at Roxbury Correctional Institution.

They were given the award for their outstanding job performances in the Food Service Department, according to a prepared release.

Thomas Spinelli, correctional office sergeant, has been named RCI's Employee of the Month for January.

He was given the award for his performance on the 3-11 shift and as a member of the Contraband Interdiction Team.

Advantage Realty LLC announced the top producing agents for the office in 2006:

· Connie Manger was Top Dollar-Earned Agent.

· Debra Valentine was Top Volume-Producing Agent.

· Carol Price was Top Units Settled Agent.

Diane Rowe Caprio

Diane Caprio, of Diane Rowe Caprio Accounting, Payroll and Tax Services, recently attended a two-day professional seminar in Frederick, Md.

The seminar, which was hosted by the Maryland Society of Accountants and the Gear-Up company, focused on taxes for individuals and tax changes for the 2006 tax season.

Brook Lane Health Services

Jude Boyer-Patrick, M.D., completed the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry examination.

She has achieved board certification in the medical subspecialty of child and adolescent psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Boyer-Patrick has been employed by Brook Lane since 2002 and is director of the Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program.
