January 18, 2007

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Waynesboro was founded in 1797, but homeowners can rediscover it today at Antietam Commons, a community of single-family homes and luxurious town homes tucked away in the scenic borough.

This community captures the historic charm of the area while still offering the convenience and accessibility that make life easy. Homeowners can walk to the grocery store and beautiful Renfrew Park. They can enjoy a hike by Antietam Creek or take a stroll down the picturesque streets of Waynesboro. Antietam Commons is just a short 30-minute commute from Frederick and Hagerstown.

At Antietam Commons, Ryan Homes features both town homes and single-family homes.

This community offers close access to a major east-west highway (Pa. 16) and is in immediate proximity to shopping, restaurants and other commercial businesses servicing the Waynesboro area.

The site is 126 acres of rolling farmland zoned commercial and sitting immediately north of and adjacent to the Wayne Heights Mall and two medical office buildings. The site will offer quick access to Country Club Road and the Waynesboro Country Club, as well as Old Forge Road to the northeast.
