Meet the writers and artists who contributed to Pulse

Tessa Walls, 15, is a sophomore at Hancock Middle-Senior High School. She loves living in the moment, but warm weather in January is a bit much.

Sally Newlin, 15, is a freshman at North Hagerstown High School. She wishes people would understand that Japanese manga is not printed backward.

Robert Keller, 14, is a freshman at North Hagerstown High School. He expected the Ravens to rumble into the Super Bowl, but life goes on.

Ryan Willard, 17, lives in Sharpsburg and is a senior at Boonsboro High School. He likes wearing shorts, but not in January. His world is crazy enough without that.
