School holds choral gallery for holidays

Broadfording Christian Academy hosted a Choral Christmas Gallery on Dec. 15, one of the school's monthly galleries that give students an opportunity to showcase their talents.

Elementary, middle and high school students performed throughout the evening.

Instrumental solos were performed by Kyle Martin, Tiago DeSouza, Andre DeSouza, Andrew Wyand, Joshua Nicholson and Rachel Nicholson.

The Elementary Drama Club performed "Christmas Comes to the Orphanage" and the Elementary Interpretive Music Club performed "The Season of Love." Broadfording Bible Brethren Church puppeteers also performed.

Student artwork by students Justine Whitmore, Brittany Durben, Daniel Bornemann, Vanesa Harper, Madison Burkhardt and Kaleigh Freels also was on display.

Also on display were sewing notion kits made in home economics by Desiree Alexander, Thao Corcoran and Hannah Hartman.

Phillip Fox also displayed his U.S. history project, a Conestoga wagon.
