The victim gave Miller and the woman a ride home in his truck, and the woman requested that he pull into a parking lot adjacent to South Street in Hancock.
Miller and Powers, who was not in the truck, allegedly communicated by text messages on their cell phones about the victim. When the victim stopped the truck, Miller allegedly began beating him with a bottle. Powers allegedly joined the fight after traveling to the parking lot in another vehicle, the charging document states.
