Hagerstown woman faces charges in assault
A Hagerstown woman who allegedly tried to cut a man was arrested after she returned to work at The Herald-Mail, according to Washington County District Court records.
Desiree A. Walker, 21, of 160 W. Washington St., No. 4, is charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and failure to comply with a peaceful order, according to court records.
Walker allegedly went to an apartment on South Potomac Street where the victim was working Wednesday about 1:20 p.m., and she slashed at him, cutting his sweat shirt in two places, according to a charging document.
Walker was at the Washington County Detention Center Thursday night, a deputy said.
Philadelphia man faces multiple drug charges
