City's sewer capacity plan gets approval

The City of Hagerstown's 2007 Sewer Capacity Allocation Program has been approved by the Maryland Department of the Environment and the Hagerstown City Council.

The program includes 15,000 gallons per day of flows dedicated to a discretionary reserve for projects favored by the mayor and City Council.

The Potomac Manor, Greenwich Park, Kensington Villas, Hillside Manor and Cortland Apartments developments received allocation for 2007.
