Moved by the plight of horses recently rescued by the Humane Society of Washington County, the staff at Howard's Art Supplies & Frames, 1256 Dual Highway, Hagerstown decided to raffle off a 3-foot decorated Christmas tree.
Raffle tickets are $1 each, with the drawing to be on Wednesday, Dec. 20.
