McCONNELLSBURG, PA. - The merger between JLG Industries Inc. and Oshkosh Truck Corp. is planned to occur Wednesday, corporate officials said in a news release.
JLG shareholders have approved the agreement, which was announced in October.
Oshkosh, a Wisconsin-based vehicle manufacturer, previously said the acquisition comes as part of a $3.2 billion cash deal.
The McConnellsburg manufacturing site of JLG, a global manufacturer of aerial work platforms and telehandlers, employs about 2,000 people.
