Yogurt Smash

1 (12-ounce cup) light fruit yogurt
8 ounces reduced-fat whipped topping

Whisk the yogurt and whipped topping in medium bowl. Pour mixture into eight plastic cups. Freeze for two hours so the mixture has the consistency of ice cream.

Serves 8.
