Archer's Rock offers luxury style in West Virginia

November 18, 2006

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Ryan Homes has planned a community in West Virginia that will include amenities such as a pool and tennis courts, providing opportunities for fun and fitness near the new homes.

"We will have plenty of open space in Archer's Rock," said sales representative Chad McGlaughlin.

"This community will have ball fields, walking trails and a pool," he added.

When the community is finished and sold out, Archer's Rock will have a total of 515 town home and single-family residential units.

Another Archer's Rock feature is its accessibility to commuter transportation.

"Archer's Rock is close to I-81, the MARC train and state highways," McGlaughlin said. The Martinsburg and Valley Malls and the Prime Outlets in Hagerstown are also within easy driving distance.

Archer's Rock homeowners can choose from the award winning Fairmont town home or one of eight single-family homes.

The Waverly model is now open, and the Savoy is available for immediate delivery.
