Williamsport's Christmas Parade, Sunday, Dec. 3, starts about 4:30 p.m. at Springfield Middle School. Santa leads the parade down Sunset Avenue, Conococheague Street and Potomac Street to Byron Memorial Park. Following the parade will be the lighting of the park's Christmas lights.
