If you are having problems - friendship trouble, losing a loved one, moving to a new city, getting bad grades in school, etc. - then "Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul: The Real Deal Challenges" is for you.

"Challenges" is the latest in the "Real Deal" series written for teenagers by "Chicken Soup" authors Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Deborah Reber. There are two previous books in the series. They deal with school and friends. The books are filled with stories of real teens dealing with real life.

"The Real Deal Challenges" is loaded with quizzes and fun facts. It's no ordinary self-help book. You can relate to the stories about stresses, teachers, friends and more teen life issues.

Every time you find yourself in trouble, you can flip open these books and find real wisdom. I highly recommend these books, even if you're not looking for help.

Overall, the books are a fun read. They truly show you what it means to be a teenager. Each book is about 250 some pages long. You can check out this book at your local library, bookstore and at www.chickensoupforthesoul.com.
