FREDERICK, Md. - The Frederick Rescue Mission was chosen to receive contributions from Forrester Construction Co. in Rockville, Md., for Forrester's annual Community Relations Renovation Project.

During the annual event, Forrester recruits subcontractors, friends and family to participate in one full day of cosmetic restorations.

Millennium Plus

Mary Ann Winters, of Hagerstown, has become a distributor for Millennium Plus, which sells a mobile tracking device.

The Millennium Plus Mobile Locating Unit employs existing cellular airwaves along with the global positioning system created by the government to track vehicles, according to a prepared release.

The unit also offers geo-fencing which, if enabled, will allow a vehicle to start only if it is inside an established boundary unless the user resets the function.
