Allenberry holiday musical comedy opens Nov. 8

BOILING SPRINGS, Pa. - Allenberry Resort Inn & Playhouse is proud to present an original musical-comedy written especially for their Playhouse - "Santa Has a Sister."

The show will open Wednesday, Nov. 8, and run through Saturday, Dec. 30, at Allenberry Playhouse.

Last year, when everyone gathered at the Kringle Mansion for the annual telling of how Kris Kringle became Santa Clause, they were surprised to learn that Santa had a ghostly brother. This year, the surprises continue when Santa's brother reveals that Santa also has a sister. What's more, he brings her to the musical celebration.

The original play was written by Bob Crawford and directed by Allenberry's Artistic Director Claude A. Giroux. The musical comedy features favorite holiday music, a heart-warming story and memorable characters.

Christmas buffet-and-matinee packages are Tuesday through Sunday and buffet-and-twilight show packages are available on select Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings in December.

Allenberry Resort Inn & Playhouse is at 1559 Boiling Springs Road in Boiling Springs, Pa. For reservations and information, go to or call the box office at 717-258-3211.
