Quill & Scroll officers chosen



Heritage Academy's chapter of the Quill & Scroll International Honor Society for High School Journalists has named officers for the 2006-07 school year.

Serving as president is junior Megan Mowen. Megan is a third-year journalism student and served as editor of Heritage's school newspaper, the Eagle Echoes, last year. She is Heritage's yearbook editor and a member of the newspaper staff.

Senior Brittany Eberly, a second-year journalism student, is serving as the Quill & Scroll vice president/treasurer and is a member of the newspaper and yearbook staffs.

Senior Jennifer King is serving as the Quill & Scroll's vice president/secretary. She is a fourth-year journalism student and a member of the newspaper and yearbook staffs.

Class officers selected



Heritage Academy high school class officers have been elected for the 2006-07 school year.

Leading the senior class are President Brittany Eberly, Secretary DruAnna Clark and Treasurer Ryan Deal. The junior class elected Steven Barthalow as president, Andrea Clark as secretary and Scott Murphy as treasurer.

Representing the sophomore class are Loudon Hoosier, president; Rachel Shirk, secretary; and Danae Deal, treasurer. The freshman class elected J.R. Dudeck to serve as president, Brianna Dorsey as secretary and Kayla Kriner as treasurer.
