Employee of the month named at health department
Fonda Phillips has been named Washington County Health Department's Employee of the Month for October.
Phillips has worked with the Health Department since November 1988, when she began working with the nursing division's home health program, assisting in the coordination and support of the provision of nursing services to homebound clients.
In 2000, when the home health program closed, she transferred to the HIV/AIDS case management program where she currently works providing case management and support services to the Health Department's HIV positive clients.
Nurse practitioner named at Panhandle Neurology Center
