CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - A Shippensburg, Pa., woman was charged with filing a false report after police allege she lied last month about being attacked by a man with a knife, according to a press release from Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg.

The woman provided a detailed description of the man whom she alleged attacked her - including information about tattoos, piercings and clothing, according to the release.

Sheets told police that she was able to fight off the man and leave in her car, but police later determined that she "made the entire incident up," according to the release.
