Mount Zion Episcopal Church, Hedgesville, W.Va., the Rev. Patrick Pierce will be preacher/celebrant at the 10:30 a.m. morning prayer this Sunday.

Paramount Baptist Church, Pastor Larry Rickard will bring a message entitled, Tempting Ideas, at the 8:15 and 11 a.m. worship services.

Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m.

Rickard is conducting a Bible study on the Book of Romans at the 6:50 p.m. service on Wednesdays during the prayers and Bible study. Youth and children's activities begin at 6:30 p.m.

Community Mennonite Church, U.S. 40 east of Hagerstown, Pastor Paul Clemmer will bring the message, Jesus' View of the Law, at the 10:45 a.m. service this Sunday.


Gerald Deal is the teacher for the men, Linda Hunsecker for the women and Ronda Clemmer for the children at the 9:30 a.m. Sunday school.

Haven Lutheran Church, holy communion worship will be held at 9:30 a.m. in the church this Sunday.

Bethel Assembly, the 2006 Kingdom Expansion conference will continue this Sunday beginning with a continental breakfast at 9 a.m. and a celebration service at 10:30 a.m. with John Bosman of Spiritwind International as guest speaker.

Hagerstown Seventh-day Adventist Church, Pastor Rick Remmers will be speaking at the 11 a.m. service today on the topic, In His Steps.

Sabbath school starts at 9:30 a.m.

Potomac Charge, United Methodist churches of Big Pool, this Sunday, Pastor W. Scott Summers will preach on the topic, How to Receive an Answer from God.

Mount Carmel services are at 8:45 a.m. with Sunday school at 10.

Worship at St. Paul begins at 10 a.m. with Sunday school starting at 11:15 a.m.

The Park Head schedule is worship at 11 with Sunday school at 9:45 a.m.

Otterbein United Methodist Church, 549 N. Queen St., Martinsburg, W.Va., Pastor Ken Fizer will speak at the 10:50 a.m. service this Sunday on the topic, Divorce. There will be a baptism.

Church school for all ages is at 9:30 a.m.

Concordia Lutheran Church, the Rev. James Murr will lead the 8:15 a.m. noncommunion and 10:45 a.m. communion services this Sunday. The topic is Back to the Basics.

Sunday school begins at 9:30 a.m. Murr will lead the adult Bible classes on Becoming a Contagious Christian.
