Heritage Fest and Auction on Saturday

Heritage Academy, at 12215 Walnut Point West, Hagerstown, will hold its annual Heritage Fest and Auction on Saturday.

Doors open at 8 a.m.; auction begins at 10 a.m. Auction items include Longaberger baskets and pottery, an American Girl doll, a Pandora's Box charm bracelet, Willow Tree angels, collectible snowman items, quilts, home and office furniture, lamps, and electronics.

Also up for bid will be gift sets and gift certificates from many local businesses, as well as a Lee Teter Reflections print valued at $1,200.

In addition to the auction, Heritage classes will be hosting many events to keep children entertained.

Activities will include paintball, friends photos, a farmer's market, face painting, a clown making balloon animals, "Make your own T-shirt", a moon bounce, a toy sale and more.

Along with food available from the farmer's market, there will be barbecued chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, cakes, pies and much more.
